Due to some confusion and the low submissions so far, we are extending the due date for assignments to the end of November 7th PST (ie. 11:59PM). (Happy N7 Day!) Here is a live countdown.

Some reminders:

Please ensure your works are not Drafts when you submit, as the mods cannot see them (we do quick checks before approval into the collection to make sure you haven’t blatantly included anything from your giftee’s do not wants or otherwise against the rules). You can still edit once your gift’s in the collection.

This is an anonymous exchange. Do not put your usernames in your gifts nor add them to series with non-anonymous creations. You are welcome to edit your usernames or links in after creators are revealed on the 16th.

If you’ve already submitted your gift, consider making someone a treat while you wait for reveals! These do not need to meet the word minimum (for fanfiction), track minimum (for fanmixes), nor minimum time (for fanvids, songs, and music), and may be as short or long as you like. You can find the request sheet here and more details on how to submit one here. (If you don’t get a treat in before reveal time, the collection will remain open until the end of November.)

Nominations for Loyalty Missions, a Mass Effect gift exchange for non-protagonist pairings, are now open!

Head over to the tag set on AO3 and/or the more legible spreadsheet, have a quick look to see if the ships you’ve nominated are there already, and if they’re not, click Nominate to tell us some ships you’d love to have in the exchange.

An AO3 account is required for this; if you don’t have one, please contact the mods for an AO3 invite.

Use “Mass Effect - All Media Types” for the fandom on all of your ships, regardless of whether they’re from the trilogy vs. Andromeda vs. books/comics.

By Pathfinder Ryder, we mean the protagonist of Andromeda; Alec and the twin who does not become Pathfinder are eligible so long as they do not become Pathfinder in the gift

Can be romantic, sexual, or platonic

Use / between characters for romantic or sexual ships, and & for platonic ships

Can include more than two people

Cannot include canonically homosexual characters in heterosexual romantic or sexual ships

You may nominate up to fifteen ships. If you run out of nominations and have a few more ships you’d like to nominate, please contact the mods and we will add them for you.

All nominations must be approved by the mods, so you won’t see your ships in the tag set right away.
